How does the system work
In case you do not have opportunity to prepare a script, described in the previous section, or opportunities of your server do not allow standing loading from our system, you can take advantage of loading the stock information directly in our internal base service.
Thus, search on your warehouse is carried out in our internal base. For loading and management of your price-lists there is a special interface (the descriptions of work with it look in appropriate section below).
How to be connected to system
You need to send the application on client@efind.ru with the following fields:
- Name of the company.
- Link to the website.
- Price-list in CSV format (text file with «;» separators).
Allowable columns in the price-list
- Manufacturer(for example: Maxim).
- Part number(for example: max232cpe).
- Description (for example: Interface RS-232 120Kbit/sec Uï=5V 0... +70°C).
- Retail price.
- Small wholesale price.
- Wholesale price..
- The condition of a warehouse. Possible variants of field value:
- «Yes» — is in a warehouse.
- «Integer» — specifies positions quantity in a warehouse.
- «0» — is not present in a warehouse.
- The Instruction of delivery term — for example: «the USA, 3-4 weeks».
- In case of if the field empty, is considered, that this position is not present in a warehouse.
- Impossible values of a field: «Call», «Order» or «Inquiry», «In a warehouse», «Have» and so forth.
