1. Preparation of base for loading |
The warehouse information is loaded into our system in the text file form with ";" separators. This file format called CSV. For example, if your base contains in Excel table for saving it in CSV format it is enough during «To keep as» to choose «CSV with separators».

2. The price-lists control panel |

After receiving the application for connection to search system eFind.ru by means of loading the stock information, access to your warehouse control panel will be given to you.
Originally, in «Price-lists» tab, to you accessible only the form for loading your CSV-file with database.

3. Loading and description of the price-list |

To check if columns are correct, you can see the first 20 lines of the file loaded by you. If checking has given positive result, you can start to write description of your price-list:
- Enter the name of the price-list (marking).
- Choose currency in which your prices are specified.
- Note each column by the description, having chosen it from the falling list.
- if you leave a column not entitled it will be ignored at loading.
- if you specify identical descriptions for two or more columns, at processing they will be incorporated in one.
- Mark lines which should be ignored at loading.
After fulfilment of the above described operations press «Load» and our system will start processing your price-list.

4. Processing |

Processing is necessary for transformation of the price-list to our internal format and takes no more than 5 minutes.

5. Result of the price-list loading |

After processing, on page of price-lists administration the table with your loaded price-lists with date of loading will appear. By means of this table you can delete price-lists, temporarily disconnect certain price-lists from search (having established value of the version on «is not present»).

6. Updating of the price-list |

For updating the price-list that has been already loaded you need to specify at loading the same name (marking) as well as updated. After processing in the table will appear versions of the loaded price-list, with an opportunity of switching between them.
